Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

During new product launches, seasonal promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be longer.

UK Shipping 

Once dispatched, UK orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

Currently unable to offer shipping outside of England, Scotland or Wales until further notice. Sorry for this we are working on it.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We will work with the delivery provider to investigate the issue and keep you updated.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

We cannot guarantee recovery of parcels shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
